Mount Hamilton United Soccer Club (MHUSC) is a non-profit community soccer organisation based in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Formed in August 2024 through the amalgamation of Mount Hamilton Youth Soccer Club (MHYSC) and Hamilton United Elite Soccer Club (HUESC), the organisation was established to create an integrated player development pathway for footballers of different ages and abilities. The club combines the recreational football heritage of Mount Hamilton Youth Soccer Club, which dates back to 1964, with the competitive and high-performance development structure of Hamilton United, originally established in 2014. The organisation provides a comprehensive range of soccer programmes, including recreational house leagues, academy training, district competitions, iModel programmes, the Ontario Player Development League (OPDL) and Ontario Premier League (OPL) teams. Its programmes serve children, youth and adult participants, creating opportunities for players to progress from grassroots participation to advanced competitive football. MHUSC operates boys' and girls' development programmes and supports both men's and women's senior teams. Its high-performance structure includes provincial-level teams and senior competitive programmes. The club focuses on structured coaching, technical development, tactical understanding, physical preparation, teamwork and sportsmanship. It employs qualified coaching personnel and follows development standards aligned with Ontario Soccer requirements. The organisation also provides camps, clinics, skills development sessions and academy opportunities to support players outside regular league competition. In January 2025, MHUSC announced its affiliation with Toronto Football Club, strengthening its player development relationship and providing additional opportunities for coaching engagement and development resources. The club operates across several facilities in the Greater Hamilton area, including Macassa Park and Redeemer University. Its administration and community activities are supported by coaches, volunteers, families, sponsors and local partners. MHUSC's mission is to develop soccer and promote lifelong active participation through an inclusive, safe and supportive sporting environment. By bringing recreational and competitive pathways together under one organisation, Mount Hamilton United Soccer Club aims to strengthen local soccer, develop regional talent and provide accessible opportunities for participation in the Hamilton community.
