Jobs4Football provides a service provids a range of servies including job advertisments, football staff and player promotion and scouting reports. Users can register, create profiles/job posts and search for jobs and CVs.
Jobs4Football may not be used for any of the following purposes:
- To contact Jobs4Football users to offer any services from any 3rd party
- To post any illegal content
All user is required to provide truthful information in their profile or job post.
When registering for a paid subscription on Jobs4football, a monthly payment of the agreed amount will be deducted from the users bank account each month until Cancelled. All subscriptions can be cancelled at anytime with subscription ending at the end of that months payment term.
If a subscriber requires a refund or to cancel their account, they should email Jobs4Football via [email protected] and state their reasons for the request. Jobs4Football will respond to this request within 7 days and will take each request on a case by case basis.
You may use Jobs4football without registration and view all services that have not been made available for non-registered users. If you want to place any sort of content on the websites yourself, you need to register a user account.
The username must not consist of an email-address or a website, must not violate third party rights – particularly not naming or trademark rights of third parties. It must not breach etiquette, be vulgar, racist or insulting in any other way.
You are responsible and liable for all activities that are done using your username. Therefore you have to keep your password secret and protect access to your user account. Should there be any indication your account may have been compromised, you will have to delete it and if applicable create a new one. As long as you have done your due diligence, you are not liable.
Information and Images Submitted by User
Jobs4football will not be responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any materials submitted by you.
We do not hold responsibility for any untruthful and/or inaccurate information included in job posts or profiles and reserves the right to edit or delete any information submitted by the user to the website.
Jobs4football will not accept responsiblity for any loss or damage the user may encounter from using the website.
We strongly advise all users to be extremely cautious of any approaches from clubs/companies through the site, and under no circumstances provide financial details or send money. Unless endorced by us. If anyother user asked for your financial details or money you should contact us at [email protected] to investigate the issue.
Payments (other than membership subscriptions)
Payment is in full and in advance through our online facility provided by PayPal & Stripe – we do not offer instalments to pay for our services and neither will we enter into discount negotiations. We will, upon receipt of your order, ensure that the service you have requested meets your personal needs; if we find that you have selected an option that is not best suited we will advise you of this revision. We will refund the difference/or you agree to pay the additional fee if your service level needs changing.
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Jobs4football or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.
You are responsible for all content such as text, data, images that you upload to Jobs4football. This content is not being checked by Jobs4football before being placed on one or all of the websites and does not reflect Jobs4football views. Jobs4football explicitly distances itself from this content.
It does not show Jobs4football content but external content of Jobs4football users. Jobs4football believes in plurality of opinion in it´s users and provides a forum for these opinions. Jobs4football reserves the right to check the content in individual cases. You have no legal right of publication of the transmitted content.
It is within your responsibility to make sure the transmitted content is lawful, does especially not violate applicable law or rights of third parties. You are particularly obligated towards Josb4football to make sure that the transmitted content does not violate penal provisions, copyright, competition law, youth protection acts, trademarks and other commercial property rights as well as personal rights of third parties. It is namely prohibited to transmit content that
- being insulting, defamatory, threatening, obscene and harassing,
- being racist or serving illegal intentions,
- representing propaganda for anticonstitutional organisations,
- glorifying drugs, war or violence,
- violating moral conventions, breach of etiquette or acceptable tone of words,
- being offensive,
- being pornographic or of sexual nature,
- being harmful to minors,
- being extremist,
- advertising for a terrorist or extremist political organization,
- encouraging criminal offense,
- containing libel,
- being criminal or otherwise unlawful, respectively being linked to unlawful content, or containing party- or political propaganda.
The content submitted by you must not contain falsehood about third parties or violate other rights, especially personal rights of third parties.With submission of content you affirm that you own the user rights to publish this content on the internet. Furthermore you guarantee that the submitted content is not encumbered by the rights of third parties.
Particularly before the submission of an image file you have to ensure that you own the right to the image or file including the rights to make it available publicly on the internet.
Your are obligated to exempt Jobs4football from any claims of third parties on violation of their rights, particularly copyrights, commercial property rights and other property rights as a result of content submitted by you. You are furthermore obligated to immediately inform Jobs4football if you in hindsight learn that you did not possess the required usage rights to publish this content or if you in hindsight learn that the content is unlawful. Jobs4football has the right to submit your personal data to third parties provided that from Josb4football point of view there is reasonable suspicion that the content submitted by you violated rights of third parties and those third parties enforce this violation of rights towards Josb4football.
Deletion, warnings an banning
If there is tangible indication that content submitted by you and/or usage of services violate statutory regulations, third party rights or these T&C are other good cause exists, Jobs4football may delete the transmitted content without warning, limit your user rights, issue a warning or ban your account temporarily or permanently. When choosing such measures, Jobs4football will take you legitimate interest into account.
Jobs4Football reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
