Dagenham & Redbridge Football Club, commonly known as the Daggers, is a professional association football club based in Dagenham, East London, England. The present club was established in 1992 through the merger of Dagenham and Redbridge Forest, with Redbridge Forest itself having emerged from the earlier merger of Ilford, Leytonstone and Walthamstow Avenue. The club plays its home matches at Victoria Road, currently known as the Chigwell Construction Stadium.
