Banaat FC is building the future of girls’ and women’s football in the UAE.
Founded in Dubai in 2023, our name says exactly who we are here for. Banaat is Arabic for “girls”… and from day one, we set out to build a football club designed around them, their development, their ambitions and their place in the game.
In just three seasons, that vision has developed into a growing girls’ academy for players aged 5–17 and a championship-winning First Team competing internationally.
Our Academy has grown quickly, with results to match. In 2025/26, our U17 and U11 teams became league champions, while our U15 and U17 teams achieved further runners-up finishes across other competitions. Most importantly, Academy players have already progressed into our senior environment, demonstrating the pathway we set out to create from the beginning.
Beyond competition, we are building an academy experience specifically for girls… combining high-quality coaching and long-term player development with community, confidence, identity and opportunities beyond the pitch.
At senior level, Banaat FC are the 2025/26 UAE Women’s League Champions and inaugural UAE Women’s Super Cup winners, and became the first club from Dubai to qualify for the AFC Women’s Champions League.
We are now entering the next stage of our development… strengthening our Academy structure, coaching methodology and player development programs, expanding what we offer young players, and bringing in experienced people who want to help us build one of the region’s leading environments for girls’ football.
