Morecambe Football Club is looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and committed volunteer to support our first-team kitman, Les, with the Club’s kit and equipment operations.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a professional football environment, working closely with the club’s First Team staff and players at training sessions and on matchdays.

Working alongside the club’s current Kit Manager, the successful applicant will assist with the preparation and organisation of first-team kit and equipment, helping to ensure the highest standards are maintained throughout the season.

The role would suit an organised, enthusiastic individual who enjoys working as part of a high-performance team and is capable of using their own initiative when required.

Responsibilities will include preparing kit and equipment for training sessions and fixtures, organising the dressing rooms, assisting with laundry and equipment management, and helping to ensure players and staff have everything required on training days and matchdays.

Previous experience within football is welcomed but not essential. Full support and guidance will be provided, with the opportunity to develop valuable experience in a professional football environment.

This voluntary role could also provide a pathway to future opportunities within the club should suitable positions become available.
