Greenock Morton FC are currently looking to expand our Academy Recruitment & Scouting team and are seeking passionate, committed individuals to join us as Academy Scouts.

Mainly covering the following areas but not limited too: 

Inverclyde
Paisley & Johnstone
Glasgow

This voluntary role involves covering local grassroots and academy fixtures on a weekly basis across age groups U10–U17. As part of a recently restructured academy setup, we offer a clear pathway into first-team professional football, alongside opportunities for personal and professional development through the SFA Talent ID pathway.

We are looking for individuals with a strong eye for identifying potential, a solid understanding of player development, and the ability to communicate and report effectively. Reliability, organisation, and professionalism are key, along with a genuine passion for youth football and talent identification. Applicants must also be willing to undertake the relevant SFA qualifications if not already obtained.
