Role Purpose
The Commercial Operations team within the Partnerships department is seeking a Revenue Operations Executive to lead the administration and development of the Partnerships team’s Salesforce and workflow systems, giving one trusted view of pipeline, inventory and contract delivery. The role produces the reporting and forecasts leadership relies on, supports the Salesforce programme with Tech Delivery and champions AI-enabled innovation in CRM and data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the administration and ongoing development of the Partnerships Salesforce and project management systems, keeping it aligned with commercial targets and the sales and activation process.
- Champion data quality and governance: audit records, remove duplicates and keep pipeline stages consistent across the sales pods.
- Produce the weekly pipelines and maintain automated dashboards for performance management and leadership reporting.
- Build monthly and quarterly forecasts across the partnerships business and identify lagging stalled deals and coverage gaps.
- Track contracted asset delivery against inventory to avoid overselling and run approval workflows and P&L reporting from proposal to sign-off.
- Translate colleagues’ requirements into clear specifications, and work with IT and any external Salesforce partner on the Salesforce roadmap, testing, documentation and release of changes.
- Partner with the Commercial Operations Manager to take new assets and packages from concept to sale-ready, setting them up in Salesforce with accurate inventory, pricing and availability for the Sales team.
- Champion innovation in CRM and data management, identifying, testing and adopting new tools, including AI-enabled solutions and automation.
- Train and support colleagues to get the most from Salesforce, and report regularly on system usage, adoption and data completeness.

- Collaborative and service-minded, removing admin friction for sales and activation colleagues.
- Self-sufficient and well organised, prioritising multiple cross-functional requests at once.
- Forward-thinking, keeping up with Salesforce, CRM best practice and AI innovation.
Skills and experience
- 1-2 years' experience in revenue/sales operations, or business analytics/BI; exposure to sports or entertainment sponsorship is highly desirable.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, pivot tables and complex formulas.
- Experience building clear, leadership-facing dashboards in Salesforce, Power BI or a comparable tool.
- Strong understanding of sales pipelines, forecasting, conversion and deal velocity.
- Experience gathering requirements, testing and documenting system changes, and working with IT teams or external Salesforce partners.
- Experience applying AI or automation to CRM, reporting or workflow processes, or a demonstrable ability to evaluate and adopt new AI tools.
