Be part of something bigger. Turn insight into opportunity and help shape the future of Newcastle United Women.

We are the heartbeat of the city, a club with bold ambitions on a global stage and deep roots in our community. If you’re driven to raise the bar, make an impact and play your part in a high-performance environment, you’ll find the platform, the people and the pride to do your best work here.

We work as One Club, with excellence, integrity, accountability and relentless ambition at the heart of everything we do.

We’re looking for a passionate and knowledgeable football professional to help us nurture talent and support performance on and off the pitch. This role plays an important part in delivering high standards, supporting player development, and helping us create the best possible environment for success across the Club.

About the role

We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-focused Recruitment Analyst to join our Newcastle United Women Player Recruitment team. Working closely with the Lead Recruitment Analyst, you will provide video scouting and analysis, with occasional live scouting, to support the identification of potential First Team and Emerging Talent targets.
You will produce evidence-based player reports, video presentations and supporting documentation in line with the recruitment strategy, using football knowledge, performance insight and available data to inform recommendations. This is an opportunity to contribute directly to player recruitment decisions within a high-performance football environment.

What you'll do

* Analyse prospective First Team and Emerging Talent targets through video and, where required, live scouting.

* Use football knowledge and available data to identify potential target players and produce substantiated recommendations.

* Create and upload detailed reports and evidence-based video presentations to the Club's digital platforms.

* Use Sportscode and telestration software to highlight relevant Newcastle United Women player-profile traits.

* Support the production of clear documentation and presentations for senior leaders and recruitment decision-makers.

* Relay information efficiently and ensure key targets move quickly through the department's recruitment workflow.

* Attend occasional live matches to provide further analysis of potential and priority targets.

* Work collaboratively across the Player Recruitment department and with Newcastle United Women colleagues.

* Manage multiple assignments, changing priorities and strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

* Contribute constructively to process and departmental improvements, while continuing to develop your professional knowledge and skills.

The team

You’ll join a committed football department working collaboratively across coaching, performance, analysis, medical and player care teams. Together, we work with pace, purpose and a shared commitment to excellence, creating an environment where every player and colleague can thrive.

We are united by a One Club mindset, supporting each other, taking accountability for our work, and continually looking for ways to improve.

United As One

We’re committed to building an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone feels safe, respected and able to thrive. Equality, diversity and inclusion are central to who we are, and we believe the diversity of our people is one of our greatest strengths.

We work as One Club, reflecting the communities we serve, acting with integrity, and creating an environment where everyone can be their authentic self and achieve their full potential.

Safeguarding

We’re committed to creating an environment where everyone is safe, heard, valued and able to thrive. Safeguarding and welfare are central to the way we work, and we expect everyone to play their part in doing the right thing and upholding the highest standards of care.
