The Department

The Finance Department plays a pivotal role at the Club in supporting our long-term ambitions both on and off the pitch. Operating at the heart of a fast-paced, high-performance environment, it is the engine that keeps our Club stable and able to compete sustainably. The team provides the insight and control that underpin our decisions – from managing budgets and cash flow to overseeing player transfers and regulatory reporting.

The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Administrator to join the team. You will play an essential role in ensuring procurement, supplier, contract, fleet and utility activities are effectively coordinated and supported by accurate records and processes. You will support a range of procurement activities, including sourcing, tendering and supplier engagement, while maintaining key documentation, systems and management information. You will also assist with supplier onboarding and compliance, contract administration and renewals, helping to ensure records remain accurate, organised and audit ready.

Working with colleagues and stakeholders across the Club, you will provide a responsive and professional service, helping to resolve queries, obtain quotes and promote effective procurement processes and best practice. You will also support KPI and management reporting and contribute to improvements in processes, systems and ways of working.

This role is based at Bodymoor Heath Training Ground so you will need to have access to a vehicle and / or the ability to travel. You will also need to be able to work flexibly as the Club requires.

The Person

You will need to have proven experience in an administrative, coordination or business support role with experience supporting procurement, contract, supplier or finance administration activities. You will have strong written and verbal communication skills and be confident engaging with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders across the Club.

You will have excellent attention to detail and take pride in maintaining accurate records and information. Comfortable managing multiple tasks, deadlines and priorities, you will be able to work efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and organisation.

Ideally, you will hold a CIPS Level 2 or Level 3 qualification or be willing to work towards a professional procurement qualification.
