We’re at our brightest when we’re all together. Our Club, our teams, our community.

Role Purpose

The Club is seeking a Partnership Insights Executive to produce the research, data and reporting behind the Club’s partnership pitches, partner reports and renewals.

Reporting to the Partnership Insights Manager, the role turns audience, media and market data into clear evidence for Sales and Partnership Activation. The role will be leading and supporting commercial projects across the Partnerships team and working closely amongst internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research categories, brands and markets to support prospect lists and identify new partnership opportunities for the sales pods.
  • Build pitch packs with audience data, benchmarks and relevant case studies, turning requests around quickly for priority opportunities.
  • Gather and analyse partner performance data from broadcast, social, digital and survey sources, including Nielsen and partner-tracking research.
  • Produce mid-season, end-of-season and quarterly partner reports to agreed templates and deadlines, tailored to each partner’s objectives.
  • Maintain partner dashboards, checking data accuracy, sources and reporting periods before anything is shared externally.
  • Upload and refresh audience, fanbase, benchmarking and case-study content for the Club’s AI insight platform, applying consistent metadata and retiring outdated information.
  • Track sponsorship market activity, competitor deals and industry trends, contributing to the quarterly review of new commercial opportunities.
  • Work with Revenue Operations, Partnership Activation and Marketing Insights colleagues to keep data consistent.

Person Specification

  • Analytical and curious, with a genuine interest in sport and commercial partnerships.
  • Organised and reliable, managing multiple requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear communicator who turns data into simple, persuasive stories.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Collaborative team player who builds good relationships across departments.
  • Keen to learn, with an appetite for using AI and new tools to work smarter.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in an insight, research, analytics or sponsorship role, ideally within sport, media, a brand, an agency or a rights holder; graduates with relevant placement experience will also be considered.
  • Strong Excel skills and confident PowerPoint skills for building reports and presentations.
  • Experience with Power BI or a comparable data visualisation tool, or the ability to learn quickly.
  • Ability to analyse quantitative and qualitative data and draw out clear commercial implications.
  • Understanding of how commercial partnerships are sold, activated and renewed.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics, audience insight tools or sponsorship valuation and media measurement data.
  • Experience using AI tools to support research or reporting would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of survey research, brand tracking or Nielsen sports data would be an advantage.
