We are seeking committed and knowledgeable coaches to work with players across a youth academy programme. You will plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate training sessions, support players’ individual development and contribute to a consistent approach across the programme.

The successful candidates will create a positive, challenging learning environment and help young players improve their technical, tactical and personal skills.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality training sessions for an assigned age group or team.
• Coach players in line with the programme’s playing principles and development approach.
• Support each player’s progress through regular feedback and individual development planning.
• Prepare teams for matches and coach effectively on match days.
• Monitor player development, attendance and wellbeing, sharing relevant updates with academy staff.
• Work collaboratively with other coaches and relevant performance staff.
• Maintain professional standards and contribute to a safe, inclusive training environment.
• Communicate appropriately with players, colleagues and families where required.

Candidate profile

• Experience coaching young players in an academy, club or development environment.
• Strong ability to plan and deliver purposeful sessions.
• Good understanding of age-appropriate player development.
• Clear communication skills and a positive approach to working with young people.
• Reliable, organised and able to work well as part of a coaching team.
• Coaching qualifications appropriate to the role; details can be confirmed with the employer.

Package

• Monthly net salary of approximately US$3,000–5,000, depending on experience.
• Accommodation and a car provided.
