TheRole We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Goalkeeping Coach to join our Women and Girls Programme. The successful candidate will lead the weekly delivery of goalkeeper coaching sessions, supporting the development of goalkeepers across the pathway in line with the club's playing philosophy, game model and coaching syllabus. Working closely with the Head Coach and Head of Community Football, you will play a key role in creating an engaging, challenging and player-centred environment that supports both performance and personal development. - Plan and deliver high-quality goalkeeper training sessions aligned to the club's gamemodelandcoachingcurriculum.
- Create and implement age-appropriate Individual Development Plans (IDPs).Assess player performance and provide regular feedback and developmentreviews.
- Supportplayers'technical,tactical,physicalandpsychologicaldevelopment.
- Differentiate coaching sessions to meet the needs of varying age groups and abilities.
- Identifyplayersrequiringadditionalsupportorstretchopportunities.
- Monitorplayerperformanceduringtrainingsessionsandmatches.
- Use analysis platforms such as Veo and Hudl to support player learning and development.
- Createplayerhighlightsandconductindividualreviewsessions.
- Contribute to multidisciplinary meetings regarding player progression and development.
About You Essential Criteria
- FA National Goalkeeping / UEFA C Goalkeeping Coaching Qualification
- UEFA C Coaching Licence
- FA Youth Award (Modules 1, 2 and 3 or equivalent)
- FA Safeguarding Children Certificate
- Emergency First Aid in Football (EFAiF)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience coaching goalkeepers within a structured player development environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and planning abilities
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
Desirable Criteria
- UEFA B Coaching Licence
- UEFA B Goalkeeping Coaching Licence
- FA Advanced Youth Award
- Experience working within a girls' or women's football pathway
- Experience using Veo, Hudlor similar video analysis platforms
