Foundation Phase CoachPrecision Football

Precision is seeking an ambitious and experienced Foundation Phase Coach to join its growing football programme in the UAE on an immediate-start basis.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing young players within a high-quality academy environment, delivering engaging, age-appropriate sessions and supporting the wider development of the programme. Alongside day-to-day coaching, the role will include responsibility for managing teams competing in the UAE FA National Leagues.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality Foundation Phase training sessions.
• Create a positive, enjoyable and challenging learning environment for young players.
• Manage and coach academy teams in UAE FA National League competition.
• Lead matchdays, including player preparation, team selection, in-game coaching and post-match review.
• Support individual player development through feedback, communication and appropriate development plans.
• Work closely with fellow coaches and academy staff to maintain consistent standards and methodology.
• Communicate professionally with players, parents and key stakeholders.
• Uphold safeguarding, welfare and professional standards at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum UEFA B Licence or AFC B Licence.
• Proven experience coaching within the Foundation Phase or youth football environment.
• Experience managing teams in competitive leagues or academy football is desirable.
• Strong understanding of age-appropriate player development.
• Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, reliable and professional approach.
• Available to relocate or already based in the UAE.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Package

• Salary: approximately AED 10,000–12,000 per month, dependent on experience.
• Immediate start available.
