We are inviting applications for the latest vacancies at Blundell Park, with opportunities to join the Club Shop retail team for the Christmas period or work across the stadium bars on matchdays.

Customer Services Assistants – Club Shop

The Club Shop is recruiting casual Customer Services Assistants to support the retail team throughout the busy Christmas period.

The successful candidates will help supporters find the right merchandise, provide product and sizing advice, process transactions and refunds, and prepare online orders for collection or dispatch.

Responsibilities will also include receiving and replenishing stock, arranging product displays, maintaining a clean and safe shop environment, opening and closing procedures, cashing up and stocktaking.

Applicants should have previous experience in a similar retail or customer service environment, good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team while using their own initiative.

The role requires flexible availability between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, as well as matchdays and late-night openings. The Club recognises that applicants may have other work, study or personal commitments, and availability requirements will be discussed with successful candidates.

Stadium Bar Staff

The Club is also looking for friendly, reliable and enthusiastic individuals to work across the stadium bars on matchdays.

Successful applicants will provide bar service, including draft, bottled and premium beverages where applicable, while processing cash and card transactions accurately.

Candidates should be confident working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, with a professional and friendly approach to customer service. A willingness to learn, follow service procedures and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety is essential.

Previous hospitality or bar experience is welcome, but individuals keen to develop their skills are also encouraged to apply. Applicants must be aged 18 or over, as the role involves handling alcoholic beverages.
