Competitive Salary

Be part of something bigger. Turn creative ideas into world-class assets, ensuring every supporter touchpoint reflects the quality, ambition and identity of Newcastle United.

We are the heartbeat of the city. A club with bold ambitions on a global stage and deep roots in our community. If you’re driven to raise the bar and make an impact, you’ll find the platform, the people and the pride to do your best work here.

This is a great opportunity to develop, learn and make a real contribution in a fast-paced and exciting environment.

About the role

As Creative Artworker, you will provide technical, production and finishing expertise across the Club's creative output, ensuring every visual asset meets the highest brand, quality and technical standards. Working across digital, print, retail and social channels, you'll transform approved creative concepts into accurate, production-ready assets while maintaining the original creative intent.

Working closely with the wider Creative team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring work is practical, consistent and delivered to the correct specification. Through your technical expertise and attention to detail, you'll help the Club deliver high-quality creative work efficiently while reducing production risks and ensuring assets are ready for their intended platform, supplier or environment

What you’ll do

* Prepare accurate, high-quality artwork for print, digital, social and retail channels, ensuring all assets meet the required technical and brand standards.

* Translate approved creative concepts into final production-ready assets without compromising the original creative vision.

* Configure and optimise files for their intended platform, format, supplier or production process.

* Maintain and update design templates, style guides, asset libraries and production files to support consistency and efficiency.

* Work closely with designers to ensure technical execution aligns with agreed creative direction.

* Act as a technical checkpoint between the Creative team and external suppliers, including printers, manufacturers and agencies.

* Review production specifications and proactively identify technical risks, limitations or errors before final production.

* Support creative colleagues by providing guidance on production requirements, technical limitations and best practices.

* Recommend improvements to workflows, templates, file management and quality control processes.

* Help introduce new tools, systems and production techniques that improve efficiency and maintain quality standards

You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive and dedicated team who will help you settle in and succeed. We value curiosity, teamwork and a positive approach
