Description
Finn Harps Academy are inviting applications for Head Coach positions across our LOI Academy squads for the 2027 season.
We are looking for ambitious, motivated coaches who are passionate about player development and helping young players reach their full potential within our academy environment.
Positions available across:
Women’s Academy
WU18 | WU16
Men’s Academy
MU20 | MU17 | MU15 | MU14
Head Coaches will play a key role in player development, matchday & squad management, and the implementation of training plans, working alongside our Head of Academy, Performance Analysts and Strength & Conditioning Coaches.
Preferred coaching qualifications:
UEFA A - MU20s & MU17s
UEFA B & C - WU18, WU16, MU15 & MU14
