Description

Based in Manchester, this casual Manchester City role gives you the opportunity to support the delivery of a varied programme of non-matchday events across the Etihad Campus. You will play a key part in making sure each event runs smoothly, feels well organised and reflects the high standards of Manchester City.

Who We Are

Manchester City is a football club rooted in East Manchester, with a story that began in 1880 and continues to grow today. Built on resilience, belief and togetherness, success on the pitch is driven by the moments and memories shared with millions of Fans around the world. City is known for its bravery, its determination to the very end and its strong connection to where we come from. With Mancunian roots and a global outlook, we are shaped by our Fans and driven by a long-term vision, from developing future talent to supporting the communities we call home. Together, we are creating the next chapter, the City way.

Within our venue operations team, we help bring to life a wide range of events and activations across the Etihad Campus. Our work depends on planning, pace and close collaboration, creating a seamless experience for clients, colleagues and visitors alike.

You will help coordinate the moving parts that keep events running well, acting as a reliable point of contact and making sure each event is set up for success.

Day to day, you will support event set-up and close-down, walk customer journeys, brief teams, and work closely with internal colleagues to make sure requirements are delivered on time. You will also support customer service on event days, handling queries, responding professionally to feedback and helping to maintain a calm, organised and welcoming environment.

You will be trusted to manage event stock control and ordering, including items such as AV equipment, stationery and football equipment, while keeping a close eye on detail and standards. This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, stays composed when priorities change, and takes pride in delivering a smooth experience from start to finish.
