Academy Scout Opportunity

We’re looking for a motivated and committed Academy Scout to support our recruitment team in identifying and assessing local football talent, and fulfil the following duties…..

- Identify talented players in the U15 and U16 age groups (to progress into our Cat 4, National League Academy) and also 17 to 19 year olds (for our U23s).
- Attending local / regional fixtures, identifying talented players, assessing their potential and helping to identify suitable recruits for our academy programme and development centre.
- Someone who understands the requirements of the role, can commit to regular matchday scouting and is willing and able to start as soon as possible
- Performance related bonuses will be available, linked to agreed recruitment outcomes and player identification success (LFA Academy)

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to gain scouting experience within a professional football club (National League) and contribute to the development and recruitment of young players within a competitive academy environment.  Hours can be flexible to suit your needs and availability.
