Banaat FC is looking for an experienced, motivated and ambitious Academy Lead Coach to join our growing girls’ football Academy in Dubai.
This is a hands-on coaching role for someone passionate about youth player development, with the technical knowledge, leadership and personality to inspire young players and contribute to raising the standards of our Academy.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for coaching and developing multiple Academy teams, with age groups assigned based on experience, expertise and the Academy's needs.
The Role
You will:
- Lead coaching and player development across assigned Academy age groups.
- Plan and deliver high-quality technical and tactical training sessions.
- Establish clear individual and team development objectives.
- Prepare and manage teams for league matches, tournaments and competitions.
- Assess player performance and provide regular feedback to support development.
- Work closely with the wider coaching staff to ensure consistency in coaching standards and methodology.
- Contribute to Banaat FC's Academy curriculum, coaching philosophy and player development pathway.
- Support player assessments, trials, recruitment and squad selection.
- Build positive relationships with players and parents while maintaining high professional standards.
Take an active role in the Academy's wider activities, initiatives and continued growth.
We're Looking For
- UEFA B / AFC B coaching license or higher preferred.
- Strong experience in youth football coaching and player development.
- A proven ability to develop players technically and tactically, beyond simply managing teams.
- Experience coaching girls or women's football is highly desirable.
- Ability and confidence to coach across different youth age groups.
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, proactive and comfortable with session planning, player assessments and performance analysis.
- A positive, adaptable personality with the ability to motivate and connect with young players.
- Someone who takes ownership, contributes ideas and wants to be part of building a growing football club.
- Fluent English.
- Available to relocate to Dubai and join immediately.
