We’re looking for an individual to join our team where you will support the Academy Kit Manager in all aspects of kit operations. From preparing and distributing kit and equipment to maintaining cleanliness and organisation, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our Academy players and staff are fully equipped for training and matchdays.
About the Role
As Academy Kit Assistant, you'll support the Academy Kit Manager in ensuring all Academy kit and equipment requirements are delivered to the highest standards and within required timescales. You'll play an important role in the day-to-day operation of the Academy, helping players and staff have the equipment they need to train, travel and compete.
Working closely with the Academy Kit Manager, you'll support kit operations across training sessions and fixtures, assist with stock management, and help maintain a professional, organised and efficient working environment
What You'll Do
- Support the Academy Kit Manager in all areas of Academy kit operations.
- Ensure kit and equipment are available to players and staff on a day-to-day basis.
- Assist with the delivery of kit and equipment support at Academy fixtures and training sessions when required.
- Help arrange the printing of match shirts and training kit as directed.
- Clean and prepare boots following training sessions and matches.
- Support Academy fixtures, including home and away matches, when required.
- Liaise with coaching and grounds staff to ensure training sessions are appropriately prepared.
- Monitor stock levels and conduct regular stock checks to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- Maintain clean, organised and professional kit work areas.
- Support the wider Academy operation through other reasonable duties as required.
