Before joining Al Qadsiah, André held the position of Technical Director at ProSports Qatar, where he oversaw the development of football programs designed to nurture young talent in the region. His experience in the Middle East doesn’t stop there; he has also served as the Academy Manager at Winners Football Club in Saudi Arabia, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the club’s youth strategy.
In Canada, André was the Head Coach at DFC Academy, where he successfully implemented training programs that emphasized both technical skills and tactical awareness. His stint as the Technical Director at Al Ethidad Sports Academy in India further solidified his reputation as a coach with a deep understanding of the game and a passion for developing young players. André’s experience also includes coaching at the FC Barcelona Academy in Morocco, where he worked with U8, U10, and U13 teams, instilling in them the values and techniques synonymous with one of the world’s most successful football clubs. Additionally, in Portugal, André coached the U9 and U11 teams at Grupo Desportivo União Torcatense, where he began to make a name for himself.
