Arran Horton Joins Visakha FC as Head of Football Development

Jobs4football continued our relationship with Cambodian side Visakha FC by placing Arran Horton at the club after 5 years with Leeds United Foundation and academy before moving out to Asia as a senior international coach.

Arran spoke to us about his experience with Jobs4football following announcing his new job.

"Having recruited staff myself, I know how difficult the task can be as a club. With football being so competitive you are inundated with CVs and to qualify the right candidate for the role can be a challenging task.
