White Oryx Academy is a regional sports development organisation operating across Qatar and Saudi Arabia as the Middle East division of City Select Academy Group (CSAG). The academy delivers structured football and multi-sport development programmes for boys and girls, combining elite coaching with long-term athlete development principles. Its football programme is supported through CSAG’s strategic relationship with Southampton FC, providing players with exposure to professional coaching methodologies and player development pathways. Beyond academy training, White Oryx partners with schools, government organisations, and sporting bodies to design and manage sustainable sports ecosystems, including curriculum support, after-school programmes, holiday camps, development centres, and inclusive participation initiatives. The organisation has played an active role in delivering youth programmes for FIFA tournaments hosted in Qatar and serves as the official management partner of the Qatar Private Primary School Sports Association (QPPSSA), supporting structured competition for thousands of students. White Oryx also organises the annual White Oryx Cup, an international U14 football tournament featuring elite academies from Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Its operations align with Qatar National Vision 2030 and Saudi Vision 2030, focusing on youth development, wellbeing, grassroots football, and sustainable sporting infrastructure.
