Three Bridges Football Club is a football club based in Three Bridges, Crawley, West Sussex, England. The club was founded in 1901 and joined the Mid Sussex Football League in 1902. Its early history includes winning the Mid Sussex Football League in 1907/08, followed by the Sussex Junior Cup in 1933/34. The club joined the Sussex County Football League in 1952/53 and won the Second Division championship two seasons later. Three Bridges developed through the regional football pyramid during the following decades and achieved several notable cup and league successes. In 1981/82, the club reached the last 16 of the FA Vase for the first time, while the 1980s also brought several strong finishes in the Sussex County League and further cup achievements. The club experienced a difficult period following a clubhouse fire in 1993 and subsequent relegation in 1996/97, but returned to the first division after winning the Division Two League Cup and finishing as runners-up in Division Two. The 2011/12 season was a particularly significant period in the club's history. Three Bridges won the Sussex County Football League championship after a strong second half of the season and also progressed to the last 32 of the FA Vase. The club subsequently entered the Isthmian League, where it competed at Step 4 of the English football pyramid. After relegation in 2016/17, Three Bridges returned to the Isthmian League in 2018 following a second-place finish in the Southern Combination Football League Premier Division. The club's current first team competes in the Isthmian Premier Division, with home matches played at Jubilee Field. Its football structure also includes a women's team and youth football, with teams operating across several age groups.
