    About Us

Racing Club de France Football is the football section of the historic Racing Club de France and is based at the Stade Yves-du-Manoir in Colombes, in the Hauts-de-Seine department of the Île-de-France region. The football section was created in 1896, four years after the founding of the wider Racing Club de France omnisports organisation. The club has a distinguished history in French football, having competed at the highest level under several names and winning three French championships and five Coupe de France titles. The club is particularly recognised for its youth development. Its official history highlights the “école Ciel et Blanc” and identifies numerous players who developed through the Racing system before reaching international football, including William Gallas, Louis Saha and Steven Nzonzi. The football section combines senior and youth football and places significant emphasis on developing both male and female players. The organisation currently has more than 1,000 registered players distributed across its men's and women's teams, with teams competing at regional and national levels. Its current senior men's side achieved promotion to National 1 for the 2026/27 season, following its successful 2025/26 campaign in National 2. The Fédération Française de Football independently lists Racing Club de France Football among its affiliated clubs and provides its competition and team information. The football operation is administratively based at 12 rue François Faber, Stade Yves-du-Manoir, 92700 Colombes, while the wider Racing Club de France has its legal headquarters at 5 rue Éblé in Paris. The official club website identifies Patrick Norbert as President, Guillaume Norbert as Vice-President/General Manager and Baïla Dia as Sporting Director. Racing Club de France Football operates as a sports association and maintains a professional organisational structure encompassing sporting management, administration, finance, communications, partnerships and merchandising. LinkedIn classifies the football organisation within the spectator-sports sector, with a company-size range of 11–50 employees and headquarters in Colombes. The club's broader identity remains connected to the historic Racing Club de France, one of France's oldest and most prominent multisport organisations, whose football section continues to represent the club's long-standing “Ciel et Blanc” sporting tradition.
