Oxfordshire Regional Talent Centres (Oxfordshire RTC) is a youth football development organisation based in Oxfordshire, England, established in 2017 to provide young people with structured football opportunities and development pathways. The organisation describes itself as an FA-affiliated football club delivering programmes for boys and girls aged 4–16, with activities operating across Oxford and Bicester. Its stated objective is to combine football development with personal growth, creating environments in which young players can improve technically, tactically and personally.

Oxfordshire RTC operates a multi-site model, with Whitelands Farm Sports Ground in Bicester serving as its flagship venue and central hub, alongside facilities including the Oxford United FC Training Ground in Horspath. The club's development pathway includes pre-academy and development programmes as well as high-performance Junior Premier League (JPL) squads. Current squads range from U8 through U16, with selection based on ability, attitude, commitment and longer-term potential. Training is delivered by experienced coaches, with squads typically training two to three times per week depending on age group and development phase.

Oxfordshire RTC also places considerable emphasis on experiences beyond regular training and competition. Its programmes include school and community partnerships, football camps, enrichment opportunities, professional-club fixtures and international tours. Recent tours have included European youth competitions in countries such as France and the Netherlands. The organisation has also expanded its girls' pathway, including Junior Premier League WARRIORS teams for the 2026/27 season.
