Maiden City Soccer Academy (MCSA) is a registered charitable football development organisation based in Derry/Londonderry, Northern Ireland. Established in 1990, the academy provides structured football coaching and community programmes for children and young people from the age of four through to under-17 level. MCSA operates under the philosophy of "Soccer as Education," combining football development with personal growth, education, health, and social inclusion. The academy fields multiple youth teams that compete in the NIBFA Subway National Youth League and the North West & Coleraine District Youth League while also delivering coaching programmes in local schools and community venues. In addition to player development, MCSA offers coach education, physical literacy programmes, holiday camps, and talent identification initiatives.
