Girlz2Goalz is a girls’ football academy founded by Mia Parry and operating across Liverpool, Ellesmere Port, Chester and North Wales. The organisation focuses specifically on developing young female footballers and describes itself as an elite coaching programme for girls, with its current website advertising programmes primarily for players aged 7–15. Its stated philosophy is centred on inspiring, believing in and helping young players achieve their potential, both as footballers and as confident young people.

The academy began in 2024, when founder Mia Parry launched the project after her own experiences in the women's game. Liverpool John Moores University identifies Parry as the founder and explains that her motivation was to create the type of support system she felt young female players needed. A later account from Parry records that the organisation started with a free session in Ellesmere Port in October 2024, attracting more than 40 girls. The programme subsequently expanded across several locations in the North West and North Wales.

Girlz2Goalz offers academy-style group sessions, small-group coaching, one-to-one development sessions and football holiday camps. Its coaching framework includes ball mastery, 1v1 duels, small-sided games and game-related practices, with an emphasis on technical ability, decision-making, tactical understanding and confidence. The academy also provides position-specific individual development and progression planning through its 1:1 programme.

A distinctive element of Girlz2Goalz is its use of current and former professional female footballers as coaches and role models. The academy's website identifies coaches including Mia Parry, Elise Hughes and Meesha Dudley-Jones, while also highlighting opportunities for players to meet professional footballers from clubs including Liverpool FC, Everton, Liverpool Feds, Crystal Palace and Wolves. Parry holds a UEFA B Licence and has experience with Liverpool FC, Blackburn Rovers Women, Manchester City and Connah's Quay Nomads Academy.

The organisation's wider purpose is to create a supportive environment that encourages girls to remain involved in football and develop pathways toward higher-level opportunities. Its programmes are designed to accommodate different ability levels while maintaining progression and high technical standards.
