JOIN THE TEAM
Red&Gold Football GmbH is a joint venture between FC Bayern Munich and Los Angeles Football Club. The goal of the partnership is to promote young talent and provide responsible guidance to help them advance into professional football. To strengthen our sports department, we are seeking a working student (m/f/d) in scouting at our FC Bayern Campus location starting in October 2025. This position will be for a maximum of 20 hours per week (up to 40 hours per week during semester breaks).
Your tasks
- Analysis of individual players
- Independent player research on national and international football
- Support in providing video material of individual player profiles
- Data analysis and data archiving
- Graphic preparation of player videos and presentations
- Collecting and processing information on players for potential player signings
Your profile
- Enrolled student (m|f|d) with a focus on sports or technology
- Practical experience in football and sound football knowledge, ideally experience as a scout, player or coach
- Willingness to work flexibly - depending on the task, either on weekends or during the week
- Passion for football and working as a scout
- Quick comprehension and the willingness to carry out given tasks with the utmost reliability and accuracy and a high degree of responsibility
- Very good team and communication skills
- IT skills (analysis software, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) desirable
