Part-Time | 16–24 Hours Per Week | Coventry, UK

As Future Pro Academy continues to grow, we’re looking for an ambitious, passionate, and motivated Academy Coach to join our high-performance coaching team.

This is an exciting opportunity to coach both male and female players aged 16–23 within a full-time elite football and education programme, helping them maximise their potential both on and off the pitch.

🎓 UEFA B Licence Essential | UEFA A Licence Desirable

🔹 Your Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality coaching sessions

• Coach and manage academy teams in training and competitive fixtures

• Develop male and female players technically, tactically, physically, and mentally

• Support individual player reviews and development plans

• Inspire, motivate, and mentor student-athletes

• Work collaboratively with our experienced coaching and performance staff

🔹 We’re Looking For Coaches Who:

✔ Hold a UEFA B Licence (minimum)

✔ Have experience coaching within academy, college, grassroots, or elite youth football

✔ Are enthusiastic, organised, and reliable

✔ Have excellent communication and leadership skills

✔ Are passionate about developing both male and female players

✔ Want to be part of an ambitious and professional football environment
