Help us deliver a world-class ticketing experience
Step into a dynamic role at the heart of our matchday operations. You will take ownership of home ticketing matchday setups, alongside managing parking sales and away ticket distribution. As a ticketing tech wizard, you’ll oversee the Amex access control system, ensuring seamless NFC ticketing through Apple and Google wallets. This hands-on role also puts you on the ground for Women’s Super League fixtures, where you'll lead staff briefings, manage end-of-game reconciliations and serve as the key liaison with Crawley Town FC.

We are seeking a systems enthusiast who thrives on turning complex challenges into streamlined, innovative solutions. With a sharp eye for detail and a strong head for numbers, you’ll play a key role in our operations. Previous experience with back-office systems, especially Seatgeek is a plus. Ready to make a tangible impact? We’d love to hear from you.
