The Opportunity
A leading Saudi Pro League club is seeking an experienced Set Piece Coach to join its First Team technical staff.
The successful candidate will lead the club's attacking and defensive set-piece programme, working closely with the Head Coach and performance staff to maximise performance during all dead-ball situations.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and implement the club's attacking and defensive set-piece strategy.
- Analyse opposition set-piece tendencies and identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Deliver specialist set-piece training sessions and integrate set-piece principles into the wider training programme.
- Produce detailed video analysis and reports relating to both own-team and opposition set-piece performance.
- Collaborate with coaching, analysis and performance departments to optimise set-piece effectiveness.
- Develop innovative routines and strategies based on current trends and performance data.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular feedback to coaching staff.
- Support match preparation through detailed tactical planning and opposition analysis.
- Contribute to the club's overall football philosophy and game model.
Candidate Profile
Essential
- UEFA A Licence minimum
- Proven experience working within a professional football environment.
- Demonstrable expertise in attacking and defensive set-piece coaching.
- Strong tactical understanding of elite football.
- Experience using video analysis and performance analysis software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary high-performance team.
Desirable
- Previous experience as a dedicated Set Piece Coach.
- Experience within a top-tier professional league.
- Previous experience working in the Middle East.
- Background in performance analysis or tactical coaching.
- Experience supporting teams competing in continental competitions.
