Role: Senior Community Operations Manager
Location: 136 Freshfield Road offices, Brighton
Salary: £46,000 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week
Job Type: 6 month fixed term contract

What is the role?
Are you an operational leader who wants your work to mean more? We are looking for a dynamic, senior operational leader to take the helm of our core delivery areas: Football, Disability, Education, and Community Wellbeing. You won't just be managing processes, you will be driving the performance and ultimate impact of our programmes.

This role will also include the line management of the department heads of our delivery areas.
