Chelsea FC is looking for a Recruitment Analyst to join its Scouting & Recruitment team, combining video analysis, performance data and scouting intelligence to support player recruitment across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Identify, monitor and assess prospective players
ā¢ Create video analysis packages using professional telestration software
ā¢ Produce player dossiers, scouting reports and recruitment assessments
ā¢ Analyse technical, tactical and physical performance data
ā¢ Maintain recruitment shortlists and scouting intelligence
ā¢ Present clear, evidence-based recommendations to recruitment stakeholders
ā¢ Support strategic scouting and recruitment projects
Requirements
ā¢ Experience in Performance Analysis, Recruitment Analysis or a similar football role
ā¢ Degree in Sports Analysis, Sports Science or related discipline
ā¢ Strong knowledge of Piero and/or Hudl Studio
ā¢ Ability to translate performance data into recruitment recommendations
ā¢ Excellent football knowledge and understanding of recruitment processes
ā¢ Strong report writing, presentation and organisational skills
ā¢ FA Talent ID Level 3 desirable
