In this key role, you’ll work with the Academy Manager to ensure our Performance Pathway is safe, high-quality, and fully compliant with FA standards - supporting the development of elite talent every step of the way.

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Have proven experience of administrative management (this may or may not have been gained within football or other professional sports related field).
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems and can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Build positive relationships with ease, working collaboratively with colleagues, coaches, players, parents and external partners to create an outstanding Academy experience.
  • Are passionate about developing the women's game, taking pride in delivering high-quality operations that allow players and staff to perform at their best.
  • Have a solid understanding of Child Protection and Safeguarding procedures.

What you can expect to be involved in

  • Playing a key role in the day-to-day running of a Women’s Professional Game Academy, ensuring every operational detail supports a first-class player experience.
  • Working alongside an ambitious and passionate team, helping shape innovative ways of working while supporting the continued growth of the Academy.
  • Making a real impact on the development of the next generation of female footballers, contributing to an environment where players can thrive on and off the pitch.
