Dubai, UAE | Part-Time | Immediate Start
Banaat FC is looking for energetic and reliable part-time youth football coaches to join our Girls’ Academy in Dubai.
We are particularly interested in coaches who are excellent with young players, can create engaging and technically strong sessions, and understand how to make football both developmental and enjoyable.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality, age-appropriate football sessions
- Develop players’ technical fundamentals, confidence and understanding of the game
- Create a positive, fun and structured training environment
- Support player assessments, trials and Academy events
- Attend assigned matches and weekend activities where required
- Communicate professionally with players, parents and the wider coaching team
- Follow Banaat FC’s coaching standards and player development approach
We’re Looking For
- Experience coaching children or youth football
- Strong communication, energy and confidence working with young players
A recognized football coaching qualification preferred, such as:
- UEFA C
- AFC C
- FA Introduction to Coaching Football / FA Level 1
- Equivalent recognized grassroots or youth football qualification
- PE teachers with football coaching qualifications or a strong football coaching background are highly encouraged to apply
- Experience coaching girls is an advantage
- Currently based in Dubai
- Available for weekday evening sessions and selected weekend matches
- Reliable, professional and passionate about player development
