Ready to drive commercial success at the heart of English football? The Football Association is looking for a talented Media Rights Manager to help maximise the value of our media rights portfolio. In this influential role, you'll manage key broadcaster relationships, oversee contractual delivery, analyse performance, and ensure our rights are protected, helping to deliver exceptional outcomes for The FA and our broadcast partners.

What will you be doing?
- Support the sales, negotiation and distribution of media rights across The FA's broadcast portfolio.
- Lead and deliver broadcaster servicing projects to enhance partner experience and commercial outcomes.
- Conduct market analysis and provide insights to support media rights sales strategies and opportunities.
- Monitor and analyse audience performance data, providing insights to maximise the value of The FA's broadcast properties.
- Provide proactive day-to-day support to broadcast partners, resolving issues and enabling them to maximise value from their media rights.
- Coordinate anti-piracy activity to safeguard The FA's media rights.
- Maintain the content matrix and reserved rights strategy to optimise broadcaster value and support The FA's content objectives.
- Manage archive licensing activity, overseeing approvals and supporting internal and external archive requirements.
- Update and manage the delivery of the commercial regulations, providing guidance and support to clubs and broadcasters.
- Manage the end-to-end process of contractual ticketing requirements.
- Executes additional tasks as required to meet the FA's changing priorities.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure that the highest standards of health, safety, and well-being can be maintained.
What are we looking for?
Essential for the role:
- Good knowledge and understanding of the worldwide broadcast and media industry.
- Understanding of The FA as an organisation.
- Previous relevant experience in a business environment and working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Extensive experience of Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Ability to balance shifting priorities.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a can-do mentality.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- High levels of initiative and accountability, with the ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
Beneficial to have:
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of the worldwide broadcast and media industry.
- Familiarity with FA rights properties an advantage.
- Previous relevant experience in a commercial business environment, preferably working for a broadcaster, sports agency or governing body.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, service-oriented and results-focused.
