ROLE OVERVIEW
As a matchday receptionist at The Den, you will be the first point of contact for all hospitality guests, club officials and club guests on Millwall FC Matchdays. Working with the wider front of house team to ensure the smooth delivery of matchday experiences at The Den.
You will play a key role in upholding the values of Millwall FC with your level of professionalism, communication skills and warmth as you welcome guests to The Den.
A key part of this role will involve you checking customers into their hospitality packages and directing sponsors and club officials to their specific packages.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The role includes, but is not limited to:

▸ Welcoming all guests to The Den with a warm, professional and helpful manner.
▸ Provide accurate information and assistance to guests, clients and colleagues, ensuring a high-quality front of house experience.
▸ Greeting guests and welcoming them into their dedicated hospitality package.
▸ Creating a good repour with repeat supporters including season ticket holders and sponsors.
▸ Being the first point of contact for hospitality customers ensuring that their entire entry into the stadium is seamless.
▸ Ensuring the front of house areas are ready to welcome hospitality customers, club guests and officials.
▸ Liaising with club staff and agency staff to translate important information.
▸ Work as part of the wider front of house receptionist team.
▸ Support matchday and event operations as required, including corporate hospitality coordination and guest management.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential
▸ Be a natural people person, with a positive, friendly and approachable attitude.
▸ The ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast passed working environment.
▸ To be well organised with great time-management skills.
▸ To be comfortable directing supporters, hospitality guests, agency staff in navigating the venue.
Desirable
▸ To have previous experience in a reception, customer service or front of house role.
▸ Have a passion for live sporting events and guest experiences.
