Millwall Football Club is hiring a Marketing Manager.

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this is a senior, hands-on role with genuine ownership of integrated marketing campaigns across ticketing, retail, hospitality, and brand initiatives, all focused on driving fan engagement, attendance, and commercial revenue.

The postholder will play a central role in shaping and delivering the club's marketing strategy, deputising for the Head of Marketing when required and acting as a key point of coordination across internal departments and external stakeholders. Using data and insights to drive continuous improvement, this person will be instrumental in connecting supporters with the club they love.
