We’re Hiring | Lead Coach of Football Development Programmes 

Caledonian Braves FC is seeking an ambitious, motivated and forward-thinking coach to lead our U20 and Edusport programmes as part of our expanding player development pathway.

Based at Alliance Park, Motherwell, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing the next generation of players within one of Scotland’s most progressive football environments.

The successful candidate will lead the planning and delivery of training sessions and matchdays, support individual player development, and contribute to our vision of creating a clear and innovative pathway from youth football into the senior game.

We’re looking for someone with:
⚽ UEFA B Licence (minimum)
📈 Experience working within player development and performance football environments
🤝 A genuine passion for developing young players, both on and off the pitch
🏆 The drive and ambition to help build something special
