WE ARE HIRING: HEAD OF WOMEN’S SPORTS 

YDP USA Scholarships is looking for an ambitious and experienced individual to lead and develop our women’s scholarship programme.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our women’s department, build relationships with US college programmes and help female student-athletes achieve their academic and sporting goals in the USA.

We are looking for someone who:
Has experience within the US college sports system
Has completed a Bachelor’s degree
Has a strong understanding of NCAA, NAIA and/or NJCAA
Can build strong relationships with US college coaches, players and parents
Has excellent communication and organisational skills
Has a genuine passion for women's sport and developing athletes

Desirable: Previous experience in college coaching, recruiting, admissions or athletic administration, plus an existing network of US college coaches.
