We need a Head of Football Development to lead the strategic development of the grassroots game across Liverpool FA.
This is a broad senior leadership role extending well beyond coaching. Leading a team of Football Development Officers, you’ll oversee facilities, women’s and girls’ football, club and league development, volunteers, referees, coaches and community impact.
We’re looking for an experienced leader with strong people-management and strategic-planning skills who can help us develop every part of the grassroots game.
Salary: £36,000-£38,000 plus benefits
