Jobs4Football is recruiting an experienced Head Coach for a successful professional club in the Middle East.

The club are domestic champions and compete at continental level in the AFC Champions League, presenting an excellent opportunity for an experienced coach to lead a competitive first-team environment.

The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for the performance and development of the first team, working closely with the club's senior leadership and football department to deliver success domestically and in AFC competition.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the first-team football programme.
• Develop and implement a clear playing philosophy and tactical identity.
• Plan and oversee first-team training, match preparation and performance.
• Lead the team in domestic league, cup and AFC competition.
• Manage and develop first-team players and coaching staff.
• Work closely with technical, recruitment, performance, medical and analysis departments.
• Assess squad strengths and areas requiring development or recruitment.
• Create a professional, high-performance culture within the first-team environment.
• Manage player selection, tactical planning and in-game decision-making.
• Represent the club professionally when dealing with senior management, media, supporters and external stakeholders.
• Deliver against the club's sporting objectives and expectations.

Essential Requirements

• UEFA Pro Licence – minimum requirement.
• Significant experience working within professional football.
• Previous experience as a Head Coach/Manager or within a senior first-team coaching position.
• Demonstrable experience managing players and staff within a high-performance environment.
• Strong tactical and technical understanding of the modern game.
• Excellent leadership, communication and man-management skills.
• Comfortable working within a results-driven professional football environment.
• Willingness to relocate to the Middle East.

Preferred Experience

• Previous coaching or management experience within the Gulf or wider Middle East is strongly preferred.
• Experience competing in continental competition would be advantageous.
• Experience managing international playing squads and different cultures would be beneficial.
• Previous experience working within a title-challenging or high-expectation club environment would be advantageous.

Package

• $15,000 USD per month
• Additional club package
