We are seeking an enthusiastic individual for this exciting role to manage, develop and grow, the Leyton Orient Girls Emerging Talent Centre (ETC). The main purpose of the FA Girls Emerging Talent Centre (ETC) programme is Talent ID: To identify and develop future potential players by providing local, accessible high-quality training environments.

Players attending an ETC have opportunities to progress in the Women’s England Talent Pathway.

Players at Leyton Orient ETC, train once a week and continue to play for their grassroots team alongside the ETC. We operate the following age groups – U10s, U12s, U14s and U16s.
