Why Join Us?

Three years ago, Banaat FC didn't exist. Today, we're UAE champions, Super Cup champions, a Nike partner, and representing Dubai on the Asian stage. Founded in Dubai in 2023, Banaat FC was created with an ambition to change what is possible for girls and women in football in the region. In a short time, we have built a competitive First Team, established a growing girls' academy, won at both senior and youth level, and taken the club from a new idea to international competition. Now we want to build the Academy with the same ambition. We're looking for a Girls' Academy Director & Youth Coach who wants to take real ownership of that next chapter. Someone who loves developing young female players, but also thinks bigger than their own team... about the coaches, the families, the player pathway, the programs, the experiences and what a leading girls' football academy in this region could become. This isn't an opportunity to step into a finished academy and maintain it. It's an opportunity to help build one... within a young, ambitious club that has shown how quickly it can turn ideas into something real.

Description

This is a hands-on leadership role combining academy management and operations with specialized youth coaching, with a particular focus on players aged 5–14.

We are looking for someone who can be excellent on the pitch, but more importantly, take responsibility for making the Academy successful as a whole.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Take overall ownership of the Academy’s day-to-day operations, planning, development and growth
  • Coach within our 5–14 age groups, with flexibility across teams based on the needs of the Academy
  • Manage academy coaches, schedules, training, fixtures, leagues and tournaments
  • Oversee the full player journey from enquiry and trial through registration, development, progression and retention
  • Drive player recruitment, enrolment and retention, while monitoring capacity and growth across the Academy
  • Build a strong player and parent experience, with clear and consistent communication throughout the season
  • Manage and develop academy coaches, ensuring accountability and consistently high standards across teams
  • Ensure the Academy’s methodology and player development standards are implemented consistently
  • Plan and execute the Academy calendar, including local and international competitions, camps, tours, events and development opportunities
  • Identify new programs, partnerships and opportunities that strengthen the Academy offering and support its growth
  • Monitor academy performance and identify areas requiring improvement or action
  • Take ownership of challenges and follow plans through from idea to execution
  • Help build the quality, reputation and long-term success of Banaat FC Academy
