We’re recruiting a new Football Development Officer – Male Player Pathway to join Falkirk Foundation.

This is an important role within our football programme, leading the day-to-day development of our male player pathway and helping us continue to provide a high-quality, positive experience for children and young people across the Foundation.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about player development, confident working with coaches, players and parents, and ready to take real responsibility for the organisation, delivery and continued development of the pathway.

The role combines hands-on coaching with coach support, player development, safeguarding, football administration and programme growth.

Salary: £26,500–£28,500 per annum, dependent on experience
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Location: Falkirk and wider Forth Valley
