Sky Blues in the Community is recruiting for two exciting Football Development roles to help shape and deliver high-quality football opportunities for young people across Coventry and Warwickshire.
We believe football has the power to build confidence, create opportunities and bring communities together.
Our Football Development team plays a vital role in making that happen - creating safe, inclusive and engaging environments where players can develop both on and off the pitch.
We're currently recruiting for:
⚽ Football Development Project Manager (Full Time)
⚽ Football Development Coordinator (Part Time / Job Share)
The Football Development Project Manager will lead and oversee our football development provision, supporting programme delivery, staff management, safeguarding, quality assurance and player development across our pathways.
The Football Development Coordinator will play a key role in supporting evening and Saturday football provision, helping to coordinate sessions, support coaches and ensure a positive experience for players and families.

📍 Location: President Kennedy School, CBS Arena and various locations across Coventry
💼 Football Development Project Manager
Full time (37.5 hours per week)
£31,000 per annum
💼 Football Development Coordinator
Part time (20 hours per week) / Job Share considered
£13,500 per annum (£27,000 FTE)
