Job Title: Coaching Intern (Football)
Commencement Date: October 2026
Direct Leader: Technical Director (Football)
Minimum Working Hours: 48 hours per week
Annual Leave Days: 30 (plus public holidays in-lieu where more than 6-hours work conducted)
Notice Period: 3 months
Work Visa Provided: Yes
Roles and responsibilities
- Learn to Plan and Deliver Training: Create and lead effective, age-appropriate football sessions.
- Mentor Young Players: Guide players’ holistic growth.
- Coach Management: Supervise and support coaching staff performance.
- Academy Growth: Develop strategies for player recruitment and academy expansion.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage schedules, budgets and follow ups for payments / sales.
- Event Coordination: Organise matches, tournaments and academy activities, including with holiday camps and academy events.
- Parent and Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships and ensure satisfaction through communication.
