Pro Generation Academy is a private, premium football academy in Kuwait focused on grassroots and youth player development for players aged 3-16 years.
We are looking for a motivated Football Coach to maintain the quality of our football programme and contribute to the continued development and growth of the academy.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver the academy’s football sessions in line with our methodology
- Monitor player progression and maintain high standards across all training groups
- Create a positive, professional and development-focused environment for players and coaches
- Maintain professionalism and represent Pro Generation Academy positively on and off the pitch
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field
- Minimum UEFA C Licence
- Experience in grassroots and youth football coaching
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Fluent in English and passionate about player development
- Valid European passport
