Wolverhampton Wanderers F.C. are looking for a First Team Scout to join their Scouting & Recruitment department.
💼 Position: First Team Scout
📍 Location: Home-based + UK & international travel 
• Job Type: Full-time
• Department: Scouting & Recruitment
• Reports to: Head of Recruitment

What You'll Do
• Identify and evaluate First Team & emerging talent
• Use technical scouting and data insights
• Scout primarily through video, with live match opportunities
• Maintain player shortlists and produce detailed reports
• Build contacts across different markets
• Support Wolves' recruitment strategy

Requirements
• Minimum 1 season in a similar scouting role
• Proven experience scouting within elite football
• Strong understanding of player profiling & game models
• Experience with Wyscout, Hudl, StatsBomb or SkillCorner
• Understanding of GBE rules
• Strong communication, organisation & self-management
• FA Talent ID qualification desirable
